Can I return an item?
Items marked Final Sale may not be returned. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the date of shipment marked on your receipt. Merchandise must not be worn, used, altered, or damaged in any way. Original tags must still be attached.
How do I return an item?

We recommend getting a tracking number and adequate insurance to cover the item. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Are delivery charges refundable?
Original shipment charges cannot be refunded.
What if I used a promo code or purchased a sale item?
Any promo codes or sale prices will be taken into account when processing your return. You will be refunded the amount you paid after any applied discounts. Items marked Final Sale may not be returned.
How will I receive my refund?
After receiving your item back we will process it within 7-10 business days. Your refund will be applied to your original form of payment. Please note your credit card or bank may take some additional time to process your refund and post it to your account.

Can I exchange an item?
Our site does not allow for an exchange process at this time, you will need to initiate a return and start a new order. For size exchanges please contact us at email@example.com.
